We celebrated our 20 year anniversary on the Bodega Bay to Healdsburg trek in June and it really surpassed our expectations. The pace of travel and the accommodation choices suited us perfectly and the wide variation in the hikes provided a rich and exciting experience from start to finish. We began with a leisurely beach walk on day one, moved on to an invigorating 4 hour hike among the redwoods on day two, and finished with a 5 mile trek between three excellent wineries on day three. We tossed in a couple of spa treatments along the way, of course.

We don't think of ourselves as "wine people," but all our hosts at the tastings were patient, friendly, and informative. They made it very fun and we learned a lot about wine. We'll recommend WCT to our friends who are looking for something uniquely enjoyable to do for their next vacation. And we'll be back!

Just returned from the Bodega Bay to Healdsburg trek - an outstanding experience in every regard. This was our second venture with WCT, and certainly will not be our last. Everything was put together perfectly, with thoughtful guidance, suggestions and route options along the way - this particular trek puts together the beauty of the coast, and it was in fact spectacularly beautiful, with the towering redwoods, and finally, a jaunt through the vineyards for an authentic taste of wine country (literally). The team at WCT really care, follow-up on the details and make sure everything is running smoothly - the provided transportation, the routes suggested, the maps and guidance are all first-class, exceptional. Moreover the diverse and distinctively unique accommodations are a signature element of a WCT experience. Highly recommended, look forward to our next adventure!
