Excellent mix of walking, sight seeing and wine tasting! Lovely hotels (our favorite was the Bodega Bay Lodge but they were all luxurious). Very clear directions for the walks—thank you! Also loved the variety, with a gorgeous beach one day and beautiful old trees the next. We enjoyed all the wine tastings! |

We had a fantastic wine country trek. Our lodgings were quaint, beautiful and well appointed. The tastings were delightful and insightful. Mary was always just a phone call away when we got briefly lost one day. We were back on track in no time. That maps are great but we sometimes were so enthralled with the natural beauty of Bodega Bay that we missed a turn. This country is gorgeous. The marshy birding preserve walk was a treat. We loved our long walks in great beauty. The Armstrong Woods was jaw dropping. These redwoods are the tallest living things on earth. Mary and Greg are amazing at what they have created. Our last day we skipped the tastings and walked to the Russian River! Healdsburg and Occidental are lovely little towns.! Thanks Mary and Greg for this “bucket list” trip that two older gals just did not want it to end! ♥️ |

We wanted something different and this trek delivered. All of the walking was manageable even with one hot day. We appreciated the curation of the tour to give us varied winery experiences. All of the hotel stays were unique and offered us a good feel for each area. It was a great active vacation with lots of good wine and food plus plenty of outdoor adventure. |

We had a wonderful end of February walk with wine tasting trip to Sonoma! Every detail of the trip, including maps and trail notes, was planned with care. They recommended great restaurants, Inns, transfers; so all we had to do was show up and enjoy. Our trek included a wide array of wineries from a large producer to boutique winemakers. We were treated with beautiful beach, wood and farm scenery, lovely places to stay, and great wine and food. For us, it was the perfect balance of feeling on our own without the worry about the details. |

Recently embarked on a custom trek that started with Bodega Bay to Healdsburg. The Bodega Bay trek offers a refreshing coastal diversity of plants and birds with beautiful views, sumptuous food, and wine. The quaint town of Occidental, nestled in the redwood forest, was so peaceful and helped to melt away months of pandemic related stress. The ziplining experience allowed for breathtaking views of the magnificent redwoods. And Healdsburg was the perfect place to unwind, stroll through the shopping district, and indulge in an assortment of culinary experiences. |
